As the former Hapoalim EVP General Global Counsel and Deputy Head Hapoalim Europe, she led complex projects in Israel and overseas.
These include setting up the US Signature Bank, its listing, IPO and successful issues on the NASDAQ, LSE listing of Hapoalim, GMTN program, M&As, the establishment of rep-offices and the Ireland and UK based Asset Management companies, led financial transactions in Europe and the USA, was involved in financial legislation initiatives including netting and derivatives and provided regulatory support for the global expansions. She led Hapoalim Hybrid tier1 capital issues followed by IDB BANK and recently consulted London IPOs including the Brack Capital IPO in the London Main Market.
Ms. Leviant is a member of the Israel any NY Bars, President of the Israel-UK Chamber of Commerce, Member of Israel-UK Tech council and a Director of a NYSE and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange listed company. She is a Consultant at Strikovsky, Gal & Co. Law Offices (SGB) it the areas of Corporate, Banking, Capital Market, Finance and International Agreements.
